OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE - •\tKitchen experience•\tThe ability to learn quickly and work at a fast pace•\tFood hygiene level 2
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL - •\tOperate all dishwashing equipment safely and according to the correct procedures•\tClean all garbage from the kitchens and staff cafeteria, as required •\tEnsure all used stoves, grills and bain-marie are clean, using the correct chemicals and cleaning equipment•\tMake sure that all food outlets have an adequate supply of clean operating equipment at all times•\tMake sure that chefs have a continuous supply of clean pans for cooking
