Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Manager for Customer Delivery Professions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our Project and Programme Delivery Profession. You’ll lead the development of delivery patterns and practices that drive excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement across Vodafone’s most complex programmes.
* Proven experience in project and programme delivery at scale, with deep knowledge of delivery frameworks, automation, and continuous improvement
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of engaging stakeholders, identifying delivery themes, and driving resolution
* Skilled in auditing delivery performance, identifying risks, and intervening effectively to recover challenged programmes
* Passionate about developing people, leading skill-building initiatives, and fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture
* Confident in managing complex interpersonal and performance situations, overseeing resource allocation, and promoting internal mobility
* Experienced in storytelling, playbook creation, and knowledge hub innovation to ensure delivery excellence is visible, accessible, and scalable
* Champions customer outcomes and ensures delivery teams are aligned to client needs and expectations
