Sales Representative Northern Ireland- Flair UK Company History Founded in Co. We now have an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Sales Representative to support our loyal customers in Northern Ireland and to continue to grow the market share. The role will involve a full 3-month induction training programme to enable the successful candidate to develop and fulfil their potential. Training for this role will be a combination of training in the field with our existing sales team, in Ireland with our sales office, technical support & design team in both Cavan and at our Head Office in Dublin. The successful candidate will report directly to and will work closely with the Regional Key Accounts Manager in Northern Ireland. Duties & Responsibilities: ? Provide ongoing top-class sales support to our existing customer base in Northern Ireland and continue to build on the successes to date with annual growth in sales. This service will be provided through regular customer visits, phone and email support, and regular contact with office teams for updates. ? Check stock availability, pricing and generate customer orders on tablet provided to facilitate this. ? Liaise with the Sales Office team to generate quotations and provide clients with relevant documentation- product specifications, etc. ? Liaise with Purchasing Departments regarding stock requirements and lead times to manage customer expectations. ? Generate and deliver sales presentations to current and potential customers ? Liaising with the marketing team on all marketing materials- brochures, price lists and point of sale materials ? Represent the Company at any industry Trade Shows and marketing events when needed. The ideal candidate will be /have: ? Excellent communication & customer service skills ? Professional and confident with the ability to build trusted relationships with our customers. ? Highly organized, and have a good eye for detail. ? Good computer skills. (A good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages is essential and experience in using ERP & CRM systems would be a distinct advantage). ? Willing to travel to and work at any trade shows which the company decides to partake in. ? A team player but also able to work on their own initiative. ? Willing to travel regularly to our premises in Birmingham and London for team meetings and occasional visits to our Group Head Office in Ireland for ongoing training and meetings. ? Experience of selling to high end retail outlets and, also tendering for contract projects and liaising with architects, surveyors, contractors, engineers and interior designers may be an advantage for this role.
