About this Role The Commercial Support Administrator will play a key role within our Environmental, Municipal and Civil (EMC) division, supporting the Commercial and Operations teams. This is a fast-paced administrative position where accuracy, responsiveness and customer focus are critical to maintaining high service standards across our asset rental operation. Accurately process recharges for rented assets, ensuring all usage, damages and additional costs are correctly calculated. Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries relating to recharges and warranty claims. Process warranty claims to manufacturers, coordinating documentation and ensuring timely resolution. Review and process engineers' job cards, parts invoices and credit notes to support prompt payment. Provide general administrative support including data entry, record keeping, filing and reception duties. About You You are organised, detail-driven and comfortable working in a busy commercial environment where priorities can shift quickly. You communicate confidently with customers and internal teams, ensuring queries are handled professionally and resolved efficiently. Experience in an administrative or commercial support role, ideally within asset rental, fleet, engineering or a related sector. Strong numerical accuracy and confidence handling invoicing, recharges and system-based processing. Ability to manage customer queries professionally and escalate where appropriate. Comfortable compiling and maintaining accurate data from multiple sources. A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest process improvements.
