Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.
* Create a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and valued.
* Support the social, emotional, and physical development of each child.
* Work closely with parents and carers to ensure every child's needs are met.
* Observe and track the progress of children, maintaining accurate records.
* Promote positive behaviour and encourage teamwork and respect among the children.
Requirements:
* QTS
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Passionate about child development and early education.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A positive, patient, and creative approach to teaching.
