Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing Planned WorksMultiple roles based in Uxbridge, Guildford and St AlbansFull time, permanent£31 - 35k + package or company van (depending on position)We are working with leading main contractors to find a successful and proactive Resident Liaison Officers to join teams delivering a planned maintenance and retrofit contracts within Social Housing. It will be your responsibility to develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes. You will prevent and limit dissatisfaction, resolve complaints and queries quickly and efficiently. These scheme's are working closely with public sector client's so previous experience working for a main contractor on similar projects is ideal but not required as training given on the job.Key Responsibilities include:Working on planned maintenance projectsDecent Homes programme experienceFull clean driving licence with own vehiclePre-entry visits and company inductionsCollect tenancy agreement/approval formsVisiting tenants in their homes and advising them on when and what work is being carried outAct as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that the tenant may haveContacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with themVisiting properties that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion datesAttending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried outPlease apply online now, or call Meg from 07984 974707 for more information!
