Salary: £27, £31,422.00 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Contract Type: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Fixed Term until 20 April 2026.

Location: Paignton, Devon

Scope and responsibilities:

Join our team as an Apprenticeship Lead Employer Advisor and play a key role in connecting businesses with emerging talent. You'll support employers, primarily in the construction sector, with expert guidance throughout the apprenticeship recruitment process, helping them build a skilled and sustainable workforce. Working closely with internal teams, you&ll ensure a smooth start for apprentices and provide high-quality service to both candidates and employers.

This role is all about building strong employer relationships and driving apprenticeship growth. You'll champion the benefits of apprenticeships, advise on funding and incentives, and help businesses upskill existing staff. If you're passionate about workforce development and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

You will hold a Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant business support field and bring experience from a similar role, such as arranging placements for trainees, working with apprentices, or assessing learner outcomes. A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children and young people is essential. You'll be confident representing the College to external organisations, with a flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to travel across the Southwest to attend events and support employer engagement.
