Temporary part-Time Accounts AssistantLocation: Solihull (Office-based)Hours: 2–3 days per week (flexible days)Salary: £13.00We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis to join a friendly and supportive team in Solihull. This is an office-based role, running across 2-3 days per week with flexibility of these days 9am-4pm. This is initially a temporary position with the possibility of it going permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
* Entering purchase and sales invoices accurately into the accounting system
* Chasing outstanding customer payments and maintaining strong client relationships
* Managing the sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring records are up to date
* Assisting with stock sheet updates and reconciliation
* Supporting general finance administration tasks as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Confident using Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
