You will be joining an international recruitment firm with 8 offices worldwide (London, Leeds, Manchester, Hong Kong, Singapore, Rotterdam, Frankfurt, Shenzhen), that has specialized in Insurance, Banking, and Technology for the past 14 years. Our leaders are experts in these fields, with an extensive client network covering almost the entire market — you will be in good hands.
What You'll Do
* Source mid-senior Technology candidates by networking, cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and attending/organizing networking events to meet your client's needs
* Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing offers
* Active business development by bringing in new clients through networking events, client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insights to build long-term relationships
