Working with an established local business, we are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join an organisation who really make a difference. Supporting the Operations Director, the successful candidate with have excellent attention to detail, confident on all Microsoft Packages, in particular Word and Excel.
Duties include:
* Coordinating all travel and accommodation across the UK
* Managing and organising multiple online diaries
* Formatting and proof reading documents and reports
* Updating, amending and populating documentation
* Updating internal systems and carrying out complex data entry
* Ensuring compliance at all times for both the business and its staff
* Supporting with staff paperwork such as DBS checks, qualification checking etc..
