At Vigilant, we're looking for a driven and experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead by example and champion our customer-first culture. You'll be the face of our service, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and professionalism.
This is an on-site role at a prestigious client location in Glasgow city centre, with occasional travel to support teams across Edinburgh, Dundee, and Aberdeen. A driving licence is helpful but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead with energy, inspire, and support a high-performing team to deliver outstanding facilities and front-of-house services.
* Be a trusted go-to person for client, visitor, and team interactions, creating a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality experience.
* Train, mentor, and conduct regular performance reviews to develop team members and foster a culture of excellence.
* Respond to customer needs quickly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
* Perform quality checks and seek continuous improvements in how we deliver our services.
* Collaborate closely with client representatives to align on goals and one team ethos.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes.
* Promote a safe, clean, and professional working environment.
What You Bring to the Role
* Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in facilities, front-of-house, or customer service environments.
* A genuine passion for providing top-tier service and making people feel valued.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you connect easily with clients and colleagues at all levels.
* A proactive, professional, and solutions-focused attitude.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
* Competence in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
* Experience in reception, admin, or facilities management is a strong advantage.

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm (35 hours/week)
* Flexibility required for occasional early starts or late finishes.
