Working Hours: Full time (40 hours a week)
Shift patterns: 07:45am 17:00pm | 08:45am 18:00pm

We are currently recruiting for Early Year Practitioners who have previous experience in a nursery or similar setting. This involves working with ages ranging from 0-5.
Location:
- Bromley (BR2)
Day to day responsibilities include:
Plan and implement activities that support development across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Encourage language and communication through stories, songs, and conversation.
Ensure the setting is clean, safe, and welcoming.
Stay up to date with current childcare practices, safeguarding procedures, and EYFS guidelines.
Attend training and development opportunities when necessary.
Build upon strong and effective relationships with parents, obtaining a collaborative approach to ensure the welfare of all children in our community.
Minimum Requirements:
Must hold a Level 3 or higher in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent (Level 2 can be accepted for some roles.)
Minimum 2 years experience in a nursery / similar setting
A strong desire to work energetically with young children, ensuring that a warm and positive environment is always kept.
DBS on the update service.
Good knowledge on Early Years safeguarding procedures/protocols.
