Paralegal – Education & Children’s Rights
Location: London / Hybrid (2–3 days per week in office)

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Education and Children’s Rights team in London. This is a key role providing support to the Head of Department, Team Leaders, and colleagues, whilst also contributing to the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in community care, education law, or public law matters to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drafting legal documents, including correspondence and witness statements
2. Preparing and reviewing court bundles and case documents
3. Completing legal aid forms and applications, and liaising with the Legal Aid Agency
4. Handling new client enquiries and supporting the file opening process
5. Maintaining good file management and accurate record keeping
6. Communicating with clients and third parties by telephone, in writing, and in person
7. Taking detailed attendance notes and attending court where required
8. Conducting legal research and ensuring deadlines are met
9. Supporting colleagues with casework and wider departmental projects
It is essential that applicants have previous experience working within Education and Children's Rights.
