Are you ready to join our operational senior leadership team providing high quality Urgent Care Services across Gloucestershire?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and suitably experienced colleague to join us to lead and manage the Urgent Care services portfolio, which includes the Minor Injury and Illness Units, the Rapid Response (UCR) team, our IV Therapy team, and the developing Hospital at Home service.

You will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of services and will be involved in exciting projects across the division and with our system partners to transform urgent and emergency care services for the future. You will work closely with key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of these initiatives.
As a senior leader, you will hold relevant professional registration and have proven leadership and management experience with demonstrable skills in delivering safe and effective services that are positively experienced by patients.
To succeed in this role, you will be a proven leader with a strong clinical background in urgent care services or another transferable clinical portfolio. You will bring knowledge and commitment to support service development, quality improvement, and innovation.
The Deputy Service Director will play a key role in leading a designated suite of services and deputising for the Service Director as required.
Success will be measured by the following key criteria:
* Improved outcomes and experience for service users, their families, and carers for the designated services.
* More efficient use of resources for the designated services.
* Improved staff satisfaction within the designated services.
* Continuous service improvements for the designated services.
* Effective and timely support to the Service Director to ensure achievement of wider divisional objectives.
