The Client Sales Lead is there to build and develop strong relationships with Finance clients directly, and to work in collaboration with them to ensure revenue and product mix growth for Sky Media.

Sky Media is the advertising sales arm of Sky, offering businesses of all shapes and sizes an exciting array of opportunities on TV, online and on the go. Reaching over 95% of the UK population, Sky Media represents all of Sky's channels and sites including Sky Sports, Sky News, Sky One, Sky Cinema, Sky Arts, Sky Atlantic and Sky Witness. Sky Media also sells on behalf of a range of renowned broadcasters and channels including Channel 5, Discovery, National Geographic, MTV, FOX, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central.

You are there to influence upstream with clients as a problem solver - helping solve their business challenges and identify new areas to work and engage with clients. As a category specialist, you are also a source of insight and information for Sky Media on the category you represent and are invaluable at representing the needs of your clients and sector when considering product and idea development within Sky. You will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of the finance sector and feel comfortable talking about the finance sector externally.

Drive Revenue - Upselling brands to spend more of their budget with Sky Media and convert new brands into Sky. Whilst building first-class client relationships is the core focus, we also require someone to proactively drive revenue into Sky Media from the finance category.

What you'll do: Ability to build and maintain client relationships at a senior, decision-making level

Develop a sector specific strategy with clear client segmentation and targeting

Deliver incremental revenue directly from client relationships

Collaborate with the Trading, Digital and P&P teams to increase brief conversion

Increase consideration and preference for Sky Media's products and capabilities within client

Direct market, driving revenue into broadcast and, within that, Sky Media

What you'll bring: Proven client direct experience at senior decision-making level

Strategic thinking

Ability to produce insight-led sales collateral

Sales acumen and tenacity to hit all KPIs and targets

Excellent Collaboration skills

Ability to work autonomously and within a team

Experience within the finance sector desirable

Your office base:

Osterley
