At Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a lovely service user in the Littlehampton Area. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently and with dignity in their own home. This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.
About the Client
Our client is an expressive adult, who enjoys tasks such as arts & crafts or board games. They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role.
Clinical Requirements
You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:
* Epilepsy management
* Moving and handling
* Personal care
* Medication support
Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.
Shifts Available
We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work-life balance and financial stability. We review applications daily and can arrange interviews quickly for suitable candidates.
Qualifications
* Experience supporting people with complex needs
* Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)
* Strong communication and reliability
* Empathy, emotional intelligence and person-centred values
* Ability to work independently and professionally
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those with lived experience. If you have the right attitude and a passion for care, we can support you with clinical skills.
Benefits
* Competitive pay with enhanced bank holiday rates
* Full specialist clinical training
* Regular, consistent shifts
* Monthly staff recognition and reward programmes
* Opportunities for professional development and progression
