Project Compliance Lead - 0.5 FTE
Hybrid (Bristol, Malvern or London site based approx. 1 days/week)
SC Clearance, UK Nationals Only
Up to £750/day or £950/day DOE inside IR35
Matchtech is looking for a Project Compliance Lead to join our large defence clients team to on a project that is working with to provide the UK with global access to reliable, timely, accurate and assured Aeronautical Information which is fit for purpose to enable safe aviation activities. The project uses Scaled Agile (SAFe) to deliver a digital solution using three delivery teams supported by a platform team.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the solution being delivered is appropriately compliant with regulations, legislations and standards.
2. Provide pragmatic solutions to achieve required levels of compliance.
3. Work within a blended team of customer, supplier and subcontractors, making recommendation and providing direction.
4. Informing the prioritisation of work to achieve the desired outcomes.
5. Proven experience working within an Agile development framework (Scrum or Kanban)
6. Familiarity with the Defence Aeronautical Information Authority (DAIA), part of Defence Airspace and Air Traffic Management (DAATM) and the Military Aviation Authority (MAA).
7. Familiarity with No 1 Aeronautical Information Documents Unit (AIDU), based at RAF Northolt.
8. Strong knowledge of EU 2017/373, RA1030, ED 76 A (or B), and awareness of ED 153 and ED 215.
9. Ideally knowledge of Aeronautical Information Exchange Module (AIXM).
