Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be someone with either:
* Experience in Transport & Logistics, or
* Experience working in sales (B2B or B2C)
In addition, you should have:
* Strong communication skills and a natural relationship‑building ability
* Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
* Ambition to grow, develop a career, and maximise earning potential
* No prior recruitment experience required — full training is provided!
The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
You’ll be supported from day one as you learn the full 360 recruitment process:
* Building and nurturing client and candidate relationships
* Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to live vacancies
* Expanding accounts and identifying new business opportunities
* Developing your personal brand across social media, phone, and email
* Driving billings through relationship‑led recruitment
With guidance from experienced consultants, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to become a top‑performing recruiter.
