Duties and Responsibilities: Providing first point of contact resolution to customers Handle customer enquiries Provide support and product/ service information Build relationship with customers Liaising with couriers and customers regarding deliveries Updating accounts Using multiple systems an databases Administration of orders Complaints handling Taking inbound calls Required Skills Problem Solving Strong communication skills Computer Literate Call Handling Experience Email Handling or Live Chat Experience Hours and Pay Tuesday - Saturday - 9am - 5:30pm £12.18 per Hour (25,334.00 Annually).
