Marketplaces Lead
My client is a trusted provider of high-quality nutritional supplements, dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals. Due to the companies growth they are looking for an Ecommerce Lead to support their growth across ecommerce channels in particular Amazon. With an exciting future ahead of them, they see this person as an integral part of the future of the company.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and optimize marketplace presence on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Tiktok Shop and Mirakl to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
· Use advertising capabilities of each platform to drive sales within agreed budgets and to agreed targets.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trading/Buying/Operations, to ensure accurate and compelling product listings, incorporating high-quality images, detailed descriptions and relevant keywords.
· Continuously monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
· Regularly review and adjust prices based on market dynamics, competitor pricing, and internal profitability targets, while maintaining a competitive edge.
· Collaborate with the Trading team to develop and execute promotional strategies for slow-moving products, such as targeted campaigns, cross-selling, product bundles, or limited time offers.
· Work with the Buy/Merch team to develop and implement a robust stock forecasting system that considers historical sales data, market trends, and upcoming promotions or events.
· Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize storage and warehouse space utilization, ensuring efficient stock management and minimizing carrying costs.
· Monitor sales performance across all product categories, leveraging data analytics tools and reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
· Communicate and report regularly to the wider business, providing updates on marketplace performance, stock management and key strategic initiatives.
· Contribute to the annual forecast in terms of revenue, margin and marketing spend.
· Ensure adherence to the monthly budget spend that has been forecasted, tracking expenditures and making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.

· Overall sales, margin & contribution targets for the marketplaces.
· Impressions, CTR, conversion, AOV, CPA for marketing.
