Job Description


We are seeking a talented individual to join our London Audit team as Partners Secretary.

We are seeking an individual who is proactive, fast at solving problems and can manage multiple different tasks at one time. The individual should be able to work under time pressure and have previous experience as an administrator. A strong work ethic is important together with a willingness to work collaboratively in a team.

You will be joining a productive team of Secretaries who thrive of close collaboration with one another and the Partners that they support. A fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced and thriving business.

As a Partners Secretary, some of your responsibilities will include to:

* Provide full administrative support in any capacity to 2x Partners, 2x Directors and pool of managers. This includes (list is not exhaustive): diary management, arranging meetings, travel bookings, and other support as required
* Providing the client with polite, friendly, and professional contact through all forms of communication
* Creating and formatting engagement letters
* Managing our bank letter process
* Managing KYC for onboarding new clients
* Arranging client and internal meetings
* Ad hoc secretarial and administrative duties, i.e. room bookings, printing, billing, expenses

Qualifications


Education/Qualifications:
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

Key Experience/Skills:

* Demonstrable experience of administrative support to, and managing diaries of, senior stakeholders, ideally within a professional services environment
* Detailed knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to organise time to meet deadlines. Planning and organising work efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well in a pressurised environment with the ability to prioritise work
