Responsive Repairs Team - 40 hours weekly worked on an 8 weekly rota as per below: Shift Pattern 1 Monday -Friday 8am 5pm (including 1bhour lunch) Shift Pattern 3 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8am -5pm, Wednesday 8am-12noon, Saturday 830am-1230 Please note, salaries are calculated based on skills, experience, and qualifications using a specific matrix. As a Groundworker Multi Trader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services in and around customer homes, including void properties. This multi-skilled role requires expertise across a range of ground working tasks such as: Drainage installation (ACO, French drains, soakaways)
Concreting, bricklaying, pointing
Paving, slabbing, tarmacking
Gullies, manholes, fencing
You will ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety, and efficiency. As a valued member of the bpha In House Maintenance Service Team you will be provided with Uniform, Tools, Company Van (for business use only) and a fuel card.
Key Responsibilities Deliver a professional, courteous, and empathetic service to customers
Complete repairs with a high first-time fix rate and minimal downtime
Maintain van stock and source materials efficiently
Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standards
Participate in training, toolbox talks, and appraisals
Communicate effectively with supervisors, schedulers, and colleagues
Ensure company property and equipment is maintained and fit for purpose
Support continuous improvement and contribute to team productivity

Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent
NVQ Level 2 or higher in a construction trade or C&G 6219-07 Multi-skills
CSCS card
First Aid training
Full clean driving licence
