Available Roles
* Female Care Assistant – Day Shift (peripatetic)
* Female Care Assistant – Days: 24 hours per week – £13.70 per hour + weekend enhancements
Drivers required (to cover both homes)
* Female Care Assistant – Night Shift – 36 hours per week – £13.70 per hour + weekend enhancements
* Female Senior Care Assistant – Night Shift – 36 hours per week – £14.20 per hour + weekend enhancements

Stroud House is a specialist 25-bed residential care home supporting older people, including those living with complex dementia.

Your Role
Care Assistant responsibilities include:
* Supporting residents with personal care and daily living
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with mobility and wellbeing checksSupporting residents living with dementia
* Maintaining accurate care records
* Working as part of a supportive care team
Senior Care Assistant responsibilities include:
* Leading shifts and supporting the care team
* Administering medication
* Updating care plans and records
* Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
* Supporting and mentoring staff
* Promoting high standards of person-centred care
