Builder – Windows, Doors & Conservatories
Up to £70,000 OTE
Self‑employed, Full‑time
Location: 2, Stanway Retail Park, Peartree Rd, Colchester CO3 0LX
Also available roles in Chelmsford, Milton Keynes and Romford.
Responsibilities
* Assist in meeting increased sales demand from marketing campaigns and 14 show centres across the East of England and South East.
* Perform base preparation for domestic conservatory and single storey extension builds, including brickwork and structural openings.
* Deliver high‑quality workmanship with a focus on customer service.
* Manage weekday schedules with additional weekend work where preferred.
Qualifications
* Experience as a self‑employed builder.
* Competency in brickwork and structural openings.
* Strong knowledge of base preparation for domestic conservatory and single storey extension builds.
* Commitment to quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service.
