Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join Rotherham Council on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: * Handle customer enquiries via reception and telephone * Process incoming and outgoing mail * Produce and format documents, spreadsheets, and reports * Maintain and update records, databases, and management information systems * Arrange and support meetings and events, including minute-taking * Provide IT support to colleagues using various software applications * Comply with Council policies and administrative procedures, including financial regulations * Supervise and delegate tasks to junior staff where required What We’re Looking For: * Experience in a support or admin role in a multi-functional team * Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft Office * Knowledge of data protection (GDPR) * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to adapt to change and work independently Location - Hallaby Depot, Rotherham, S66 8QL If this role would be of interest to you, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible
