Mason Frank is currently working with a Global Salesforce partner who are looking for a Functional Lead to join their delivery team
Salary - £80,000 -£90,000
Hybrid - Regional Offices
Key Responsibilities
* Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
* Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solution designs
* Act as the primary functional lead across Salesforce implementation projects
* Collaborate with technical architects and developers to ensure solutions align with best practices
* Manage stakeholder expectations and provide strategic guidance to clients
* Mentor and guide junior consultants within the project team
Key Requirements
* Extensive experience delivering Salesforce implementations in a functional consulting capacity
* Proven experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and defining solution designs
* Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
* Experience working within a Salesforce consulting environment
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Salesforce Certified
