REST stands for Recover, Eat, Support, Talk. Our REST Community Wellbeing Hubs are walk in services based in the heart of our communities. They provide 1-2-1 and group-based support to people who are experiencing mental health difficulties in a non-clinical environment. REST Norwich is looking for a friendly, motivated Café Assistant to join our vibrant on-site team at Churchman House. At REST Hub Norwich, we provide a warm, safe, and supportive space for people accessing mental wellbeing support. Our café is the heart of this welcoming atmosphere, serving individuals, group facilitators, volunteers, and visitors alike. What You’ll Do: Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food and drinks with a smile :) Contribute to create a nd refresh our menu with seasonal and exciting options Keep the café area clean, organized, and buzzing with positive energy Manage stock, sales records, and deliveries Play a key role in community events, catering, and outreach efforts What We’re Looking For: Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (required) Experience working in a café, restaurant, or catering environment Confidence in operating a café or food service independently Experience preparing simple pastries and meals A passion for great service and supporting community wellbeing Why REST Norwich?
