Our Self Invested Pensions division is growing, and we are seeking a SSAS & SIPP Senior Technician to join our Stirling office. This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration and technical issues related to SSAS & SIPP contracts.

The Team
XPS Self Invested Pensions manages relationships with thousands of clients and hundreds of financial advice firms, overseeing assets worth £2.5bn. Our team of specialists provides personalized service, emphasizing continuous learning and independent work.
The Role
As a SSAS & SIPP Senior Technician, you will:
1. Provide technical support to ensure prompt and accurate customer service.
2. Manage and ensure compliance with technical issues.
3. Interpret legislative and regulatory changes affecting SIPPs, updating procedures accordingly.
4. Develop technical improvements to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
5. Coach and develop staff, delivering high-standard technical training.
6. Maintain and update SIP procedures and training notes clearly.
7. Own problem resolution and escalate issues as needed.
8. Provide feedback to management for staff development.
9. Maintain technical task lists and performance checks.
10. Assist with complaint resolution and risk audits.
11. Act as main contact with external companies and attend client meetings.
Your profile
Essential Criteria
* Experience with administration and technical issues on SSAS & SIPP contracts
* Understanding legislative and regulatory impacts on administration
* Experience in developing procedures and training notes
* Ability to work under pressure and independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and related systems
Desirable Criteria
* FPC, ACII, or equivalent qualification
* Project management experience
* Client relationship management experience
