We’re now looking for a full-time Community Carer to buzz across the Mid Devon patch delivering high-quality, person-centred care. This role offers the reliability of a contracted 37.5 hours per week, meaningful work, and the support of a team that always has your back.

Your Day-to-Day – Spreading Care Like Honey

Each day, you’ll be making a difference in someone’s life through:

1. Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
2. Preparing meals and supporting with hydration
3. Medication prompts or administration
4. Providing warm companionship and reassurance
5. Helping with safe movement and mobility
6. Light household help (a tidy kitchen, a fresh set of sheets, a hot cuppa)
7. Logging visits on our easy-to-use care app

You’ll be a familiar, trusted face – bringing calm, confidence and kindness to the people who need it most.


What You’ll Need

* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
* The right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer sponsorship
* A caring heart, reliable hands, and a respectful attitude
* Comfort using smartphones for rota updates and care logging

Working Patterns:

Your Working Pattern

37.5 hours per week

5 days per week, including alternate weekends

Shifts will cover a mix of:

* Morning: 7:00am – 2:00pm
* Midday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
* Evening: 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Part-time available on pro rata basis.
