We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our despatch team for a period of 12 months for maternity cover from November 2025 until October 2026.

With over 30 years of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers.
This job is based out of our Witham Branch – CM8 3HY
Job includes
* Monday – Friday, 07:30 -18:00 on a rota basis; Saturdays 09:00-17:00 also on a rota basis (approx. 1 Saturday in 10)
* Experience in office administration
* Updating despatch diaries
* Preparing delivery notes two days in advance
* Processing balance payments via card net terminals
* Checking stock for orders booked and no booked as well
* Answering incoming phone calls
* Liaising with other branches to swap stock around on transfer orders
* Liaising with our various departments and suppliers if needed
Requirements
* Right to work in the UK
* Good geographical knowledge
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Flexibility
* Able to work as part of a nationwide team
* Computer literate
