Role
As a Leisure Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of leisure services to a wide customer base. You will be ensure staff are trained, motivated and are delivering standards of performance at all times. You will work closely the General Manager, chair staff meetings, carrying out staff appraisals and maintain a high morale around the centre. In addition you will be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards including overseeing the day to day maintenance and cleaning within the Centre. * Experience working within a leisure environment and management experience.
* Motivated, enthusiastic and passionate. Customer service is at the heart of this role; you will need to demonstrate at interview how you and your team have delivered amazing service that met customer needs, and how you have engaged with staff to motivate them to deliver best-in-class service.
