Were seeking an experienced and compassionate High Intensity Therapist to join our team at HMP The Mount on a part:time basis, working 21 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence:based psychological therapies within a unique and rewarding environment, supporting individuals to improve their mental wellbeing and prepare for positive futures.
What Youll Be Doing
* Delivering high:intensity therapeutic interventions on a 1:1 and group basis
* Assessing referrals and determining suitability for Step 3 interventions
* Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans
* Supporting service users through their recovery journey and release planning
* Providing clinical and line management supervision to the Senior PWP
* Leading on case management, clinical governance, and service development activities
* Building strong partnerships with healthcare teams, prison staff, and external agencies
What Were Looking For
* A qualified High Intensity Therapist with experience delivering evidence:based interventions
* Strong assessment, risk management, and clinical decision:making skills
* Experience providing supervision, leadership, or management support
* A collaborative, flexible, and solution:focused approach
* Commitment to equality, diversity, and delivering person:centred care
Youll be part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team delivering meaningful interventions that change lives. This role offers the opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities while helping shape a high:quality mental health service within the prison setting.

All prison:based roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and HMPPS security vetting. These checks can take up to 5 months to complete. Any offer of employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of both checks.
