About The Role
Please note that this role is for BANK only working as and when needed, and is not a permanent position with guaranteed hours.
Shifts are from 8am to 3pm.
As a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. It influences every aspect of our care homes, including Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care. Our staff understand that our residents are individuals with their own stories, just like them. Joining HC One gives you a wonderful opportunity to give back to these individuals.
Your role will involve maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment, demonstrating your keen eye for detail. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you will do so with kindness and professionalism.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although training will be provided. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. We value positive energy, a natural ability to connect with people, and strong communication skills—being considerate and kind in all interactions with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to act accordingly. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training. You should also feel confident in seeking advice and reporting concerns, including escalating issues when necessary.
We offer comprehensive training and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and career development, including:
