GBR Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with a highly competitive temporary buildings & structures manufacturing / installation company recruiting for a highly experienced Key Account Manager to drive and secure additional business across their current client base, replicating a successful model from Europe and integrating it into the UK market.
In this Key Account Manager role, you will be responsible for maximising sales turnover from the sales and hire of portable/semi-demountable buildings of varying specifications, sizes, and capacities. You will work alongside the Area Sales Manager to expand business with key accounts across multiple UK locations, including major national businesses with multiple sites.

* Expand business opportunities within current key accounts, securing supply and installation deals across the UK, while maintaining existing customer relationships through excellent customer service.
* Build strong relationships with clients to open new opportunities, increase supply, and boost profits.
* Support the sales team in winning new business.
* Maintain contact with major customers to sustain and grow building hire and sales volumes, and explore additional building needs.
* Deliver technical and bespoke portable building solution presentations.
* Provide accurate quotes for new business to secure sales.
* Advise clients on the best portable building solutions and available semi-demountable options.
* Discuss financing options for additional sites and buildings.
* Keep the CRM database updated with all key account activities, including calls, visits, quotes, proposals, and forecasts.
This role is suitable for professionals with titles such as Key Account Manager (KAM), National Account Manager (NAM), Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Customer Key Account Manager, Customer Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar.
