As the company continues to expand its operations, we are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our finance function and support strategic decision-making.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will take full ownership of day-to-day financial operations, management accounting, statutory compliance, and financial leadership within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
* Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts, KPIs, and board-level reporting.
* Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cashflow projections.
* Manage year-end processes, working with external auditors and tax advisors.
* Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity.
Operational Finance
* Oversee the day-to-day activities of the finance department, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll, credit control, and bank reconciliation.
* Manage working capital effectively, including cashflow monitoring, debtor management, and supplier payment planning.
* Implement robust financial controls and identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
Business Partnering & Strategic Support
* Act as a key financial advisor to the business owners.
* Provide commercial insight to support costing, pricing strategies, margin analysis, and capital investment decisions.
* Support production planning, project costing, and customer profitability reviews.
* Contribute to strategic planning and long-term financial modelling as the business continues to grow.
Leadership & Team Management
* Ensure clear objectives, training, and performance management are in place.
* Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
