Retail Security Officer – Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL)

Hours & Shift Pattern
40 hours – Monday to Thursday, 11:00 – 21:00
Hourly Rate
£12.60 per hour
Main Responsibilities
* Patrol the shop floor and deter criminal activity.
* Assess and identify vulnerabilities, and work proactively to minimise risk.
* Collaborate with management and local authorities when applicable.
* Manage vulnerable persons with empathy to avoid distress.
* Complete colleague and contractor searches in line with customer company policy.
* Digitally report incidents using tablets or phones for daily activity planning.
* Provide detailed and legible incident reports to assist the client and local authorities.
Required Experience and Qualification
Valid SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence is required. Previous experience in a retail security role is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
