Senior Quantity Surveyor
? Norfolk, Cambridge & Essex Hybrid Working (Hatfield Office)
? £70,000 – £85,000 Package
We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading housing contractor working closely with a Housing Association client across Norfolk, Cambridge and Essex.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Senior QS to take ownership of a varied portfolio of planned maintenance and refurbishment works while leading a team of up to five commercial professionals.
Projects Include:
1. Kitchen & bathroom programmes
2. Roofing works
3. Window replacement schemes
4. Internal and external refurbishment projects
5. Occasional M&E works
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
6. Proven experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level
7. A background in housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment, or social housing projects
8. Strong commercial and contractual management skills
9. Experience managing and developing junior commercial team members
10. The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Working Pattern:
11. Office based in Hatfield 2–3 days per week (occasionally more)
12. Site and client visits across Norfolk, Cambridge and Essex as required
