We are hiring a Billing Coordinator based in Cannock.

What You’ll Do
* Raise invoices, chase payments, and act as the first point of contact for invoice payment issues.
* Complete daily invoicing and manage available credit to prevent bad debts.
* Handle incoming customer calls to address equipment, service, or contract issues.
* Support the sales function with customer orders.
* Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments.
* Translate customer requirements across multiple systems, ensuring operational teams are well informed.
* Ensure accuracy and efficiency of customer and job data.
What We’re Looking For
* Knowledge of invoicing and billing.
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle non-routine situations.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
