Our Kiddi Caru Nursery in Hitchin, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Room Leader to work as part of the management team. You will provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education.

Responsibilities
* Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
* Support and supervise playroom staff with day‑to‑day duties
* Deploy staff appropriately to ensure required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
* Ensure effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
* Ensure that practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child
* Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
* Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
* Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
