GSL Education are working in partnership with a well-established secondary school in Fareham who are looking to appoint a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team.

The Role:
As an LSA, you’ll work closely with students across KS3 and KS4, supporting them both in class and through targeted interventions. A key part of the role will involve working with students on EHCPs, ensuring they have the right support in place to reach their potential.
