Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a major highways & earthworks project in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a 10-month contract with highly competitive rates, operating outside of IR35. Key Responsibilities: * 3D Modelling. * Machine control (Trimble GPS) * Surveying with a Trimble GPS. * Topographical surveys and volume calculations. * Liaising with subcontractors, site supervisors, and project management teams * As Built Surveys. Requirements: * 3 years proven experience as a Site Engineer on earthworks or highways projects. * Proficient with GPS surveying equipment * Strong understanding of civil engineering specifications and site procedures * CSCS card (essential) * LSS, Civil 3D or N4ce earthworks software and a laptop (1 of the 3 softwares is essential) What’s on Offer: * Long-term 10-month contract. * Excellent day rates (£320–£380) * Outside IR35 engagement. * Immediate start with a well-regarded contractor.
