Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall test strategy for Oracle Fusion upgrades, integrations, and change requests. Plan, manage, and oversee all testing phases, including Functional, Regression, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test analysts, test leads, and other testing resources. Define testing schedules, allocate resources, and monitor budgets to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to understand requirements and design effective test scenarios. Track and report testing progress, risks, issues, and quality metrics to senior management and project stakeholders. Implement testing best practices, including automation where applicable, and continuously enhance testing processes. Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, governance, and audit requirements. Coordinate and conduct triage meetings for product defects and ensure timely resolution.
