Role Overview
We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic salespeople to join our beautiful, award-winning showrooms. We have nationwide opportunities available. This is a targeted sales role where you will manage the design process from qualifying sales leads, through to the kitchen design and handover to the installation team, also taking ownership of any design related queries during the installation, all while consulting with, and advising, our clients towards the best possible solution to fit their needs throughout the whole process.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding and managing new and existing leads toascertainpotential interest and nurture clients buying interest, converting potential clients into an appointment, or “discovery session”.
* Welcoming potential clients into the showroom (or meeting the client at their own home if they prefer) and taking them through our range of beautiful products on offer, converting their interest to a design appointment.
* Designing kitchens usingArtiCAD(full training will be given) to meet the clients’ needs.
* To oversee yourclientsproject through to handover to the installation team, offering on-going support and advice whilst managing expectations.
* Meeting KPI’s and revenue targets.
* Converting clients’ interest into a sale using influencing and negotiating skills.

Requirements
We’relooking for unique individuals at Harvey Jones, ideally withprevioussales experience; not necessarily in kitchen design. Design experience, working in the premium or luxury sector advantageous.You’llneed to be able to follow our sales process and build the confidence of your clients, making decisions with them and guiding them through their choices.You’llalso need excellent organisational skills with the ability toplan aheadand constantly be one step ahead of the game. On top of this,you’llbe managing other projects atdifferent stagesof the process so being able to juggle could be an advantage!
You should be:
* Wellpresented, articulate and confident in conversing with high spending customers and have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Able to build rapport, listen to customers’ needs andidentifyselling opportunities whilst inspiring confidence and influence into a decision;
* Able to work towards and achieve targets and KPI’s
* Ambitious andself motivated, a real go getter
* Willing to adhere to and follow company’s processes
* A highly organised individual whois able to manage multiple projects
* A strong problem solver who canthink outside the boxto create solutions
* Driverslicense and ownvehicle(depending on showroom).
