Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate your team, driving the brand strategy across all elements of the business.
* Set Home & Dining Venue (HDV) apart from the competition as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink.
* Maximise revenue by analysing the market and managing detail through department managers.
* Lead from the front, setting an example and managing a large team.
* Oversee food and drink operations in a similarly sized property.
Qualifications & Experience
* 12 months or less experience running your own hotel, eager to join a brand that will give you the opportunity to shine.
* Previous experience managing large teams.
* Sound knowledge of food and drink in a like‑size property (not a deal breaker).
Contract
* Permanent contract, full time hours.
