Your duties will include: Direct Pupil Support: Working with individuals and small groups of pupils, often without direct teacher supervision, to implement planned learning activities and interventions (e.g., literacy and numeracy booster groups). Supporting Learning: Assisting the teacher in the whole planning cycle, preparing and maintaining specialist resources, and providing objective feedback on pupil progress and attainment. Specialist Needs: Providing detailed support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEMH), including implementing and reviewing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
