Job Description Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) – £13.20 per hour – Permanent This role is based in a converted house set within a quiet woodland area, with dedicated rooms and direct access to outdoor space. This role is perfect for an experienced Early Years Practitioner or Room Leader who is confident leading a room day to day. You will be confident making routine decisions, organising staff and activities, and maintaining standards without close supervision. Before You Apply This role requires recent experience working as a Room Leader or senior practitioner within an early years setting. A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) is essential. This position is not suitable for candidates without leadership responsibility at room level.
