Proactive After Sales Advisor required to support our client’s service and warranty operations on a 12 week temporary leading to permanent basis
This role also provides occasional support to the purchasing team.
Location: Loughborough (Hybrid/Work from Home) | Hours: 2–3 days per week (Mon–Wed, 8am–4:30pm); however will be looking to move full time in the future
Key Responsibilities
* Manage after-sales data and databases (warranty, complaints, service contracts)
* Provide updates and support to customers on orders and service status
* Run weekly reports and maintain customer price lists
* Arrange returns, credits, and invoice processing via 1Link
* Support approved service provider training and documentation
* Assist with stock orders and monitor supplier delivery timelines
* Handle warranty parts orders, certifications, and associated documentation
* Promote quality, safety, and environmental standards
