Our Wiltshire based client are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Fire & Security Installation Engineer to join their team. They work on a wide range of projects, including large-scale CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems across prestigious residential estates, historic properties, commercial developments, and public buildings—offering a diverse and rewarding workload. Key Responsibilities * Install intruder alarms, CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems both locally and across the UK, as per specifications and sales conversions. * Provide client demonstrations and explain system functions, including false alarm prevention. * Perform routine and reactive maintenance across all installed systems. * Accurately assess client needs and complete tasks to a high standard. * Update site documentation and schematics as necessary. * Log work progress and completion details via SIMPRO, ensuring client sign-off. * Occasionally travel and stay overnight for project completion where required. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a multi-disciplined engineering role, with solid knowledge of fire and security systems. * Strong communication skills and customer service experience. * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. * A full UK driving licence. * Flexibility to travel nationwide with occasional overnight stays (shared fairly across the team). * A team-oriented attitude and a proactive work ethic. * A willingness to learn and grow through structured internal and external training.
