Overview

Employment Associate / Senior Associate - Bristol

This is a key moment for a large firm that has set its sights firmly on Bristol. The city is seen not just as a regional base but as a centre of legal talent and a growth area for the business moving forward.

The Employment team is looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate (ideally 3-6 PQE). The work is varied and fast paced, advising well known commercial clients on everything from day to day employment issues and restructurings through to litigation, investigations and cross border compliance projects. You will be part of a sizeable team that works closely together with the chance to build long term client relationships and take on matters that are often high profile.

The firm is looking for someone with solid experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters, strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to hit the ground running in a supportive and ambitious environment.

Responsibilities

* Advise well known commercial clients on day to day employment issues and restructurings, through to litigation, investigations and cross border compliance projects.
* Work as part of a sizeable Employment team with the chance to build long term client relationships and handle matters that are often high profile.
* Demonstrate solid experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters, with strong technical and communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running in a supportive and ambitious environment.


Qualifications

* Ideally 3-6 PQE.
