As a Senior Support Worker at Thera, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. You will assist the Senior Management Team in developing support plans, setting goals & objectives, assisting with overall health and safety, and mentoring your team of Support Workers.
Using a person-centred approach, you will help create innovative ways to support individuals in achieving their personal goals. Support methods will vary based on each person's ambitions, and your role may include helping develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, assisting with planning and managing their own home, and supporting leisure, interests, and travel. Support may be provided in their own home or out in the community.

* Previous experience in the social care setting is essential; a previous senior role is desirable.
